Gary Menges Vice President/Secretary Senior Estimator Gary is responsible for analysis and completion of Preston Pipelines bid submittals. Menges received his education from San Jose State University. Gary has been with Preston Pipelines for over 21 years, joining the firm in 1981 upon completion of studies. As Senior Estimator, Gary is responsible for: Analysis of bid requirements Completion of bid packets Submittal of final bids Overseeing Estimating Department Dave Henke CFO Dave is responsible for accounting and finance at Preston Pipelines. Upon graduation from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 1981, Dave served as Controller for Simmons Electric, Englewood, Colorado. In 1987, Dave was brought to Preston Pipelines as CFO and was brought on to oversee the financial concerns for the corporation. Dave manages the daily and long-term accounting and corporate banking functions. As CFO, he is responsible for: Managing and administering accounting matters Preparing corporate budgets Accounting and auditing all levels of the corporation Providing financial direction to Preston Pipelines employees Dave Heslop Vice President Operations Dave joined Preston Pipelines in November of 1985. Dave earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada in 1984. As Vice President Operations, Dave oversees the Operations Department and is responsible for the planning, production, and completion of all awarded jobs.
