Foreman: The Foreman's function is to oversee and facilitate all aspects of scheduling and safe on-site construction. The Foreman must have first hand knowledge of the preparation for all aspects of each job. Involvement begins with pre-job set up with the Superintendent and continues through job completion. Equipment Operator: The Equipment Operator's function is to be able to safely operate an excavator, back hoe, compactor and loader. The operator must have good operational skills to be able to produce high volume quality work in safety conscious work environment. The operator must be able to work with foremen and laborers to produce quality work in high volume time-sensitive conditions.
