Project Manager: The Project Manager's function is to oversee and facilitate all aspects of scheduling, procurement, and construction. The Project Manager must have first-hand knowledge of the preparation for all aspects of each job. Involvement begins with pre-construction and continues through job completion.

Project Engineer: The Project Engineer's function is to be a liaison between the Project Manager and the owner, engineer, and subcontractors. The Project Engineer must have good organizational skills to be able to process change orders, drawings, and progress billings. The ability to manage material procurement, estimate work in place, and procure permits are an integral part of the position.

Project Assistant: The Project Assistant will work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager to ensure all project requirements are met and all administrative responsibilities are completed. As a key support person, the Project Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including: change order requests, approval of project submittals, and interfacing with owners, subcontractors and agencies.
