MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
Gables End in Mountain View is a 108 unit, 19 building, multi-family residential project by Regis Contractors of San Mateo. The underground component of the project totaled $1.4 million dollars.

Preston’s expertise in the science of electrolysis was evident in the galvanic anode cathodic protection system installed on all ferrous metal on the water systems. Preston is also an expert in the latest technology in storm-water retention systems, and 4 Filtration and Detention systems were installed on this project.

TRACT HOUSING
Preston teamed up with DeSilva Gates on Pulte Homes’ Arcadia Park project to install $4 million dollars of utility main and services. Key to this project was the installation of water main and services per East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) standards, including coordination with EBMUD crews on 180 service installations. A bore under the railroad tracks at 92nd and San Leandro Blvd. required the precision and planning for which Preston is known.
