RICK SEIFERT
Vice President – Safety

Our most recent addition the Senior Management Team, Rick holds a BS, Engineering Technology and Construction Safety Instructor, UC Berkley.  Among his many other credentials, he holds certifications in Environmental Assessment, Storm Water Pollution Prevention and Fed OSHA Instruction.  Rick has served as Expert Witness on FED-OSHA, CAL-OSHA, CAL-EPA and Bay Area AQMD in numerous legal and regulatory proceedings.  He was also the principal writer and editor for “Click Safety” during its start-up.

Rick's position on the Senior Management team is reflective of Preston’s highest commitment to Safety. He will be the driving force behind our goal to have a “best in class” safety program at Preston Pipelines.
