Preston Pipelines is fully committed to the safety of our employees, those
of our clients, subcontractors and the public at large. It is our policy
to provide a safe and healthy work environment in our offices, maintenance
facilities and at our job sites.

We focus on incident prevention through our safety training programs,
including the Preston Pipelines IIPP, Zero Tolerance for Drugs,
and our Driver Check Program to promote safe driving habits. We
regularly participate with our customers' Safety personnel
to coordinate job site safety and to ensure that we continue to
improve our programs.
Site Safety and IIPP
Preston Pipelines partners with our clients to maintain the highest
standard of safety on our job sites. Preston provides Site Specific
Safety Programs and Pre-Task Planning, along with our standard
Injury and Illness Prevention Policy. All crews are managed by
Competent Person trained Foremen, and many employees are also Competent
Person trained, OSHA 30, Haz Mat, Confined Spaces, and Traffic
Control certified. We have a full-time Safety Supervisor who carries
out frequent Site Inspections and provides direction and training.
Executive management reviews site safety reports weekly.
Driver Check Program ®
Preston Pipelines focuses on Driver Courtesy and accident prevention.
Preston Pipelines is enrolled in the DriverCheck ® Risk Management
Program. This program offers toll-free numbers to call for motorists
to provide us with feed-back on our driver performance. We fully
investigate each call received and provide direction to our employees
where problems are reported or kudos to them where the callers
are complimentary, and very often that is the case.
Zero Drug and Alcohol Tolerance

commitment to provide a safe, efficient, and productive work environment

and efficiently in a manner that protects their interests and those
of their co-workers. In keeping with this commitment, Preston Pipelines,
Inc. has a long established zero tolerance policy regarding the
inappropriate use and possession of drugs and alcohol, including
pre-employment and incident screenings.
