Steve joined Preston Pipelines in May 2003, after twelve years with DSS
Engineering Contractors and two years with a major residential home
developer in Southern California. He received his bachelor’s degree in
business administration from the University of Southern California in
1989.

Steve is responsible for:

• Business development in the Central Valley area
• Estimating, project management, and operations for all Central Valley projects
• Building and maintaining customer and owner relationships in Central
Valley communities
• Coordinating project management from start to finish
